Join us at the Homestead for our annual celebration of Maine Maple Sunday on March 26 from 12-3PM! The sugar shack will be open for tours, and living history interpreters will be demonstrating life as early settlers of midcoast Maine in the 1770s. Visitors can participate in sap boiling, hearth cooking, wood splitting with a froe, shingle making, and flint and steel fire starting. Enjoy free ice cream sundaes and s’mores by the fire.
