October History Month Speakers

October is History Month, and CRHS will partner with the Camden Public Library to offer a series of speakers who will shed light on a variety of topics that you have undoubtedly wondered about.

On September 30, Dr. Jennifer Gromada will walk you through her guide “How to Research Your Old Camden House.” On October 7, Nancy Harmon Jenkins will discuss “Settling in Maine: An 18 th Century Cook’s-Eye View of Food, Gathering and Gardening;” and on October 28, Mary Miller will present “Capturing the Revolutionary War on Canvas.”

Talks will be at 6:30pm-7:30pm in the Camden Public Library Picker Room and will also be offered on Zoom. More information and the Zoom link is on the Camden Public Library website.
